Today’s consumers have become more informed and more connected, and much more internet savvy and familiar with the concept of shopping over the internet. Our client wanted to launch an exclusive shopping community, starting with Lebanon, flexible to expand to other markets, through which users may shop for the most sought after collections from premier brands and boutiques in the world at highly discounted prices.
The project first aimed at defining the positioning of the new brand in order to give it a clear and unique brand identity and highlighting its selling points; Project initiated with a branding research exercise to define its DNA, persona and character and then translate them into a solid brand name and corporate identity, to better define its market positioning and brand awareness, in line with the defined vision, mission and reputation; Once such was well defined, a clear and defined strategy was developed and implemented across all brand touchpoints, including a full-fledged online shopping platform and its relevant mobile application.
